Are you a law firm?
Fluent Legal is set up as an Incorporated Legal Practice so we are licensed to operate as a law firm (regulated by the NSW Law Society and carry professional indemnity insurance through Law Cover), as well as provide other services.
What other services do you provide?
Services include:
Legal Project Management: Providing support for large projects such as restructures, regulatory investigations and post M&A integration support.
Legal Procurement: Assisting with RFPs to establish the right panel of legal advisors, which may include a combination of small boutique, medium and large firms, as well as technology solutions to generate in-house efficiencies.
How are you different to law firms?
Law firms offer large teams of highly specialised, technical lawyers who provide specialised legal advice on certain areas of expertise.
We offer more generalist ‘Fractional General Counsel’ support across a broad range of legal, commercial, regulatory and compliance matters.
